Glazir Planner

Web-based 4D BIM construction simulation linking drawings and schedules.

Open BIM models in a browser without installation and visually check the construction sequence by linking with the schedule. Tasks that were separately in Excel for schedules and in Revit for drawings are connected in a single web browser.

Web browser (Chrome recommended)

Key Features

Auto Matching — 4D with a single click Biggest Difference

It analyzes the schedule name (e.g., '2nd floor wall construction') to find the corresponding object (category × floor) in the drawing, automatically assigns it, and constructs the 4D simulation. What used to take days manually to link drawings and schedules can now be done with one click. Results can be modified anytime in Sets.

Web BIM viewer with no installation

Based on Autodesk APS(Forge) viewer. Supports Revit (.rvt), Navisworks (.nwd), IFC, etc. as-is. Features include rotation, section, transparency (Ghost), Walking mode, immediate object property lookup, and saving observation points.

Direct ACC / BIM 360 Docs integration

By logging in with an Autodesk account, cloud project files appear directly in the list. You can open them immediately with the latest or specific versions without downloading and re-uploading.

Schedule (Gantt) — Excel as-is

Import your familiar Excel schedule and manage it as a Gantt chart. Add/modify tasks, set predecessors and successors, assign resources, track plan vs. progress, and export back to Excel.

Sets — Drawing objects organized by task unit

Group tasks such as 'foundation' and '1st floor structure' as work units and connect them to the schedule. Automatically create floor-by-floor sets with one button by reading level information, configure with property value search.

4D simulation playback

Play the process of the building being constructed in actual project order along the timeline. Play/pause/stop, speed control, highlight progress sections in 3D with color, and when a task is selected in the Gantt chart, the corresponding object is highlighted.

Use cases

Pre-construction schedule reviewPlay the construction sequence in advance to check for interference or a rushed schedule
Client or resident briefingExplain using a video of the building being constructed instead of words and diagrams
Weekly progress meetingsPoint out 'this week’s work sections' in 3D
Sharing with partnersJust send a link; no program installation required
Performance managementCheck actual vs. planned progress simultaneously in the Gantt chart and model

Environment: Web browser (Chrome recommended) · Supported formats: Revit·Navisworks·IFC, etc. · Cloud: Autodesk ACC / BIM 360 Docs · Installation: Cloud (SaaS) or on-premises server
