1. 처리하는 정보와 목적
WindTouch는 휴대폰을 Bluetooth Classic HID 마우스·키보드·리모컨로 사용하도록 하는 앱입니다. 사용자가 입력한 문장을 휴대폰에서 키 신호로 변환하고, 터치·휠·미디어 동작과 함께 사용자가 연결한 기기에 직접 전송합니다. 입력 내용은 연결된 기기의 활성 앱에서 처리됩니다. Windsoft 서버로 보내지 않습니다.

앱 시작 시 TV 목록을 갱신하기 위해 https://windsoft.co.kr/assets/windtouch/tv-profiles.json 에 HTTPS로 접속합니다. 받은 목록은 앱 전용 저장소에 보관하며, 연결이 안 되면 저장된 목록 또는 앱 기본 목록을 사용합니다. 이 요청에 Bluetooth 기기 이름·주소, 입력 내용, 라이선스 코드를 첨부하지 않습니다. 웹 서버는 요청 처리 과정에서 IP 주소 등 통신에 필요한 정보를 받습니다.

2. 휴대폰에 저장되는 정보
앱은 선택한 Bluetooth 장치의 이름·주소와 연결 정보, 장치별 Win/Mac 모드, 감도·레이아웃 등 설정을 기기에 저장하거나 Android에서 읽습니다. 연결·오류 로그는 앱 메모리에서 최근 항목만 유지하며 자동 업로드하지 않습니다. 입력 문장과 백그라운드 전환 시 보관한 문장은 현재 실행 중인 앱 메모리에만 임시 보관하며 앱을 종료하고 다시 시작하면 초기화됩니다. 불러오기를 누르면 백그라운드 전환 시 보관한 문장을 입력란에 채우고 임시 보관 기록을 비웁니다. 앱은 입력 문장을 시스템 클립보드에 자동 복사하지 않습니다. 입력한 문장을 분석·광고 목적으로 수집하거나 서버에 보관하지 않습니다.

무료 체험 시작 시각과 경과 시간을 로컬에 저장합니다. 구매 복원과 이용 권한 확인을 위해 Google Play에서 받은 서명된 구매 기록(상품 ID, 구매 토큰, 주문·구매 상태 등)과 확인 시각을 앱 전용 저장소에 저장합니다. 구매 토큰과 구매 기록 원문은 앱 로그에 출력하지 않습니다. 구매 확인에는 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다. 확인 후 구매한 유료 기능은 최대 7일간 오프라인으로 사용할 수 있으며, 이후에는 인터넷에 연결하여 구매를 다시 확인해야 합니다. 재확인 시 추가 결제되지 않습니다.

테스트 라이선스 코드를 적용하면 코드 원문과 코드에 포함된 사용 가능 연도·반기, 이용 기간 검증 중 관측한 최대 시각을 기기에서 처리합니다. 코드 원문과 최대 관측 시각은 앱 전용 저장소에 저장하며, 실행 중 경과 시간을 함께 사용하여 만료 여부와 시계 되돌리기를 확인합니다. 전자서명은 기기에서 검증하며 코드와 시간 기록을 Windsoft 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 이 코드는 Google Play 구매 기록을 생성하지 않습니다.

3. 권한
근처 기기 권한은 Bluetooth 검색·페어링·연결·검색 허용에 사용합니다. Android 9~11에서는 주변 Bluetooth 검색을 위해 위치 권한이 필요하지만 앱은 GPS 위치를 조회하거나 위치 이력을 저장하지 않습니다. 권한을 거절하면 관련 검색 또는 연결 기능을 사용할 수 없습니다.

알림 및 연결 기기용 포그라운드 서비스는 사용 중인 Bluetooth 연결을 백그라운드에서도 유지하고 연결 상태와 해제 동작을 제공하기 위해 사용합니다. 알림의 연결 해제 또는 최근 앱 목록에서 앱을 닫아 연결을 종료할 수 있습니다.

4. 외부 전송과 제3자 서비스
앱은 광고를 표시하지 않으며 Windsoft 계정 가입을 요구하지 않습니다. Google Play Billing 라이브러리를 사용하여 가격 조회, 일회성 인앱 구매, 구매 확인과 복원을 처리합니다. 이 과정에서 Google 서비스와 인터넷으로 통신하며 Google의 개인정보처리방침과 결제 약관이 적용됩니다. 결제 서비스가 처리하는 구매 관련 정보 및 서비스 운영·진단 정보는 Google의 정책을 확인하세요(https://policies.google.com/privacy). 입력은 사용자가 선택한 Bluetooth 기기에 전달됩니다. 개발자 사이트, 이메일 또는 Google Play를 열면 해당 외부 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 기본 기능은 무료입니다. 터치패드·휠 가속과 관성 스크롤, 실시간 전송, 고급 터치 제스처(두 손가락 확대/축소·세 손가락 동작)는 72시간 체험 후 일회성 구매로 계속 사용할 수 있습니다. 체험 종료 시 자동 결제되지 않습니다. 결제는 Google Play에서 처리하며 앱은 카드번호나 Google 계정 비밀번호를 받지 않습니다.

5. 보관과 삭제
이전 버전에서 저장한 입력 문장은 업데이트 후 앱을 실행하면 앱 저장소에서 삭제됩니다. 이전에 시스템 클립보드에 복사된 문장은 휴대폰의 클립보드 기록에서 별도로 삭제할 수 있습니다.
로컬 체험 기록·구매 캐시·앱 설정·저장된 장치 정보·테스트 라이선스 코드와 최대 관측 시각은 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거로 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱 제거로 Google Play 구매 기록이 삭제되거나 환불되지는 않습니다. Google Play 구매 기록·환불은 해당 서비스에서 관리합니다. Android 시스템의 Bluetooth 페어링 기록은 별도로 Bluetooth 설정에서 제거해야 합니다. 연결된 PC의 문서·앱에 입력한 내용은 해당 기기에서 삭제해야 합니다. 지원 문의로 자발적으로 보낸 이메일·첨부 자료는 문의 처리에 사용하며, 삭제 요청은 위 이메일로 접수합니다. 문의 자료는 처리 완료 후 90일 이내에 삭제합니다.

코드 입력란에 0000을 입력하고 적용하면 이 기기의 테스트 라이선스 코드와 코드에 따른 권한만 제거됩니다. 최대 관측 시각은 시계 되돌리기 방지를 위해 유지됩니다. 코드 만료만으로 코드나 시간 기록이 자동 삭제되지는 않습니다. 남은 시간 기록은 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거로 삭제할 수 있습니다. 이전 버전에서 저장한 연도별 코드와 시간 기록도 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거로 삭제할 수 있습니다. 구매·체험 기록은 0000으로 삭제되지 않습니다.

맞춤 조작의 버튼 이름·키 조합·저장 문장·연속 동작과 기기별 감도·레이아웃 설정도 앱 전용 저장소에 저장됩니다. 맞춤 조작 화면에서 항목별로 삭제하거나 앱 데이터 삭제·앱 제거로 전체 삭제할 수 있습니다. 저장 문장은 사용자가 전송 버튼을 누른 경우에만 선택된 Bluetooth 기기로 전송되며 앱 시작 시 자동 전송되지 않습니다.

6. 보호 조치
앱 데이터는 Android 앱 전용 저장소를 사용합니다. 자동 백업·기기 이전에서 앱 데이터를 제외하도록 구성했습니다. Bluetooth 연결 보안은 Android와 상대 기기의 페어링 기능을 사용합니다. 마우스·키보드·리모컨 입력은 인터넷 서버를 중계하지 않고 Bluetooth로 전달합니다. Google Play 결제 관련 통신은 이와 별도로 이루어집니다.

단축버튼(단일·연속 동작), 저장문장, 사용자 정의 리모컨, 기기별 설정도 유료 기능에 포함됩니다. 저장문장은 버튼을 누르면 바로 전송됩니다. 문장에 포함된 줄바꿈도 전송됩니다.

Data use
WindTouch turns your Android phone into a Bluetooth Classic HID mouse, keyboard and remote. Text is converted into keystrokes on your phone and sent directly to the Bluetooth device you select, together with mouse and media input. The active application on that device receives the input. It is not sent to a Windsoft server.

At app startup, WindTouch requests https://windsoft.co.kr/assets/windtouch/tv-profiles.json over HTTPS to update the TV list. The downloaded list is stored in app-private storage. If the request fails, the saved or bundled list is used. Bluetooth device names or addresses, input content and license codes are not attached to this request. The web server receives network information such as the IP address needed to handle the request.

Local storage
The app reads or stores Bluetooth device names, addresses, connection preferences, per-device Windows/Mac mode and control settings on the phone. Recent connection/error logs are held in app memory and are not automatically uploaded. The current draft and text saved when the app enters the background are kept only in memory during the current app session and reset when the app is closed and restarted. Load restores the text saved on entering the background to the input field and clears that temporary history. The app does not automatically copy drafts to the system clipboard. Text is not collected for advertising or analytics or stored on our servers.

The trial start time and elapsed time are stored locally. For purchase restoration and entitlement checks, the app stores signed purchase data returned by Google Play (including product ID, purchase token, order and purchase state) and the last verification time in app-private storage. Purchase tokens and raw purchase records are not written to app logs. An internet connection is required to verify purchases. Purchased premium features are available offline for up to 7 days after verification. After that, connect to the internet to verify your purchase again. Verification does not charge you again.

When a test license code is applied, the app processes the code, its encoded year and half-year, and the latest observed time used to validate its period. The code and latest observed time are stored in app-private storage. Elapsed time during execution is also used to check expiry and reduce clock rollback. The signature is verified locally. These code and time records are not sent to a Windsoft server and do not create a Google Play purchase record.

Permissions
Nearby devices permissions support Bluetooth discovery, pairing, connection and discoverability. Android 9-11 requires location permission for Bluetooth scanning; the app does not query GPS location or retain location history. Denying permissions prevents the related discovery or connection functions.

Notifications and a connected-device foreground service maintain the Bluetooth session while the app is in the background and provide connection status and a Disconnect action. Use that action or dismiss the app from recent apps to end the connection.

Third-party services
The app displays no ads and requires no Windsoft account. It uses Google Play Billing for localized prices, one-time in-app purchases, acknowledgement and restoration. This involves internet communication with Google services under Google privacy policies and payment terms. Refer to Google policies for purchase-related and service operation/diagnostic information processed by its services (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Bluetooth input goes to your selected device. Opening the developer website, email or Google Play involves those services and their policies. Basic features are free. Touchpad/wheel acceleration and inertia, Live typing, and advanced touch gestures (pinch zoom and three-finger actions) can be tried for 72 hours and kept available with a one-time purchase. Trial expiry does not charge you automatically. Google Play processes payments; the app does not receive payment card numbers or Google account passwords.

Retention and deletion
Drafts persisted by older versions are removed from app storage on the next launch after updating. Any copies previously placed in the system clipboard can be deleted separately from the phone clipboard history.
Clear app data or uninstall to remove local trial records, purchase caches, app settings, saved device information, test license codes and latest observed time records. Uninstalling does not delete or refund Google Play purchases; purchase records and refunds are managed through Google Play. Remove system Bluetooth pairings separately in Android Bluetooth settings. Delete any text entered into documents on the receiving device there. Email and attachments voluntarily sent for support are used to answer the enquiry; deletion can be requested at the contact above. Support enquiry materials are deleted within 90 days after resolution.

Applying 0000 removes only the test license code and its entitlement on this device. The latest observed time remains to reduce clock rollback. Expiry alone does not delete the saved code or time record. Clear app data or uninstall to delete the remaining time record, including annual-code records retained from earlier versions. Google Play purchase caches and trial records are not deleted by 0000.

Custom button names, key combinations, saved phrases, action sequences and per-device speed/layout profiles are stored in app-private storage. Delete individual entries in Personal controls, or clear app data/uninstall to remove all entries. Saved phrases are sent only to the selected Bluetooth device when you tap the send button; they are not sent automatically at app startup.

Protection
Settings use Android app-private storage. App data is excluded from automatic backup and device transfer by configuration. Bluetooth security uses Android and the receiving device’s pairing facilities. Mouse, keyboard and remote input travels directly over Bluetooth without an internet relay. Google Play payment-related communication is separate.
