WindTouch: Bluetooth connection service

1. Keep the connection in the background

The app shows Connected, the user goes to the home screen, opens the notification shade and returns to WindTouch. This recording shows phone-side connection status, not the receiving PC screen.

2. Stop the connection from the notification

The user expands the connection notification and taps Disconnect. The notification disappears. Android service diagnostics also confirmed that the connection service stopped.
