A BIM 3D model viewer that opens directly in the browser without installation.
It is a web-based 3D viewer where you can instantly open architectural models (glTF) exported from Revit in a web browser, select objects to check their properties, and manage them by grouping them into work units.

Glazir Viewer is a 3D viewer that allows you to open glTF models exported from Revit on the web to check shapes and object properties. For tasks related to creating and editing drawings, refer to Draft; for tasks related to viewing exported architectural models, refer to the Viewer guide.

Open glTF / GLB / ZIP (Draco compression supported). Category → Family → Type → Element object tree, walk navigation using arrow keys.
Display all Revit element properties with a single click. For multiple selections, extract only common properties and distinguish differences with <different>, instantly display size and diagonal dimensions.
Double-click to move the camera to that object. Surrounding walls and doors become transparent ghosts, allowing inner equipment and furniture to be clearly visible.
Save selected objects as named sets. Attach code, task name, and planned start/completion date for management, automatically saved to the server.
Solid / Wireframe, adjust lighting, background color, shadows, display grid and axes. Show mesh, material, vertex, and polygon count information.
Supports AES-256 encrypted ZIP. Models are processed only in memory (not saved on disk), HTTPS communication.

Export the 3D model from Revit using Glazir Exporter and then open the resulting file in Glazir Viewer. This flow checks the model converted into a web-compatible format rather than opening the original RVT file directly in the browser.
